The hotel offers a great location, with easy access to
the beach and restaurants nearby. Our family enjoyed a spacious room with a nice city view. However, we encountered some issues with housekeeping, such as not having our cups washed or coffee refilled during our stay.

The area near the hotel was convenient with everything nearby.
Unfortunately, our room was quite dirty upon arrival, which put a damper on our stay. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor that lingered even after cleaning, making it very uncomfortable. There were significant maintenance issues, like holes in the wall and filthy walls that detracted from the overall experience.

absolutely terrible experience, the hotel is outdated, dirty carpets everywhere. i expected some sort of welcome gift, but no. also, the shower is basically a waterfall, which sprayed everything. just couldn’t leave a good review after that. thanks for nothing, Haeundae Marianne.

The location was unbeatable, just a quick 4-minute walk to Haeundae Beach! The spacious room came with a decent city view, and the bus stop conveniently sat right outside for easy transportation. Plus, the local eateries and vibrant nightlife were just around the corner.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location was perfect, close to the beach and we loved visiting the Busan Cinema Center and National Maritime Museum for some culture. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities worked well for our group. I recommend checking out the local food markets nearby!
However, we did notice that the room could have used some updates. There were stains on the walls, which was a bit off-putting.
